Older Adults' Health

As the American population continues to age, the priorities of the healthcare system must be readjusted. The National Council on Aging states that about 80% of older adults have at least one chronic condition. Primary care clinicians a unique opportunity to provide these elderly patients with particularly effective have comprehensive care.
