Robert Dribbon

Robert Dribbon serves as one of two executive member liaisons to the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative Board of Directors.

In his role at Merck, Dribbon serves as Director, Strategy & Business Development, U.S. Customer Centricity, focused on Merck’s top customers and stakeholders in areas of mutual interest. His most recent previous role was in U.S. Strategy and Planning, where he was responsible for assessing health care market trends to inform Merck’s U.S. market and to determine the impact of these trends on Merck’s customers and business. He has played a significant role in representing Merck in efforts to shape the health care market and improve the delivery and quality of health care in the United States.

Dribbon's leadership and collaboration with stakeholders on the patient-centered medical home model is one example of his efforts. During the course of his career, he has held a wide range of positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales, managed care and strategy. His experience extends to many therapeutic areas as well as multiple health care segments, including primary care, subspecialty, health plan, federal, state, hospital, long-term care, pharmacy, employer and consumer. He has also gained breadth of experience working across multiple divisions of Merck, and in 2012, he was one of the first five employees across Merck selected as a fellow in the Richard T. Clark Fellowship for World Health, a global program designed to support the efforts of humanitarian organizations to answer the health needs of the underserved. Dribbon is a graduate of Rutgers University where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar.
