Upcoming PCPCC Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
As you know, the PCPCC is offering 2 unique conferences this year. On June 9th and 10th, we will be holding a Western Regional Conference in Denver, Colorado, and November 12-14, our Annual Fall Conference in Washington, DC. Both of these events will provide participants with an opportunity to meet with national leaders in the patient-centered medical home movement, as well as hundreds of clinicians, policy makers, and industry experts who are dedicated to improving patient and professional experiences in primary care.  

We foresee some incredible opportunities for widespread implementation of the PCMH on the horizon and we need to be poised and ready to assist both the clinicians and the patients who will be seeking care in medical homes. Now, more than ever, we need your support to not only continue the work of our experienced PCMH clinicians, but also reach a new cadre of providers who are eager to learn effective medical home strategies.  This year we are offering several ways in which you can share your organization's PCMH tools, resources and expertise including dedicated workshops, exhibits and targeted sponsorships. We are also offering significant discounts for organizations sponsoring both events.
