The Medical Team Summit at the 2015 National Council Conference, in Orlando, April 20-22, 2015, is a special event uniquely designed for psychiatrists, primary care providers, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, registered nurses and others providing medical care in community mental health settings.

Previously known as Three-Days For Docs, this year’s event features topics such as models for addressing physical health care, strategies for addressing population health and high utilizers, nurse-physician partnerships, collaborating with primary care providers, bidirectional integration, common medical conditions, using new technology, treating tobacco and other addictions and much more.
