As PCC’s Senior Manager of Communications, Tod works with stakeholders to shape the organization’s voice. In this role, he is responsible for developing messaging and collateral that explains why it’s vital to shift to a healthcare system that centers patients and prioritizes primary care.

Tod brings years of experience in policy communication, stakeholder engagement, and membership support. In the past, he oversaw communications at the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He founded the digital communications program for the Alliance of Community Health Plans, where he was a crucial voice in advocacy and thought leadership efforts.

Tod has bachelor’s degrees in History and English from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s degree in Political Communication from American University.
