Program Description: 

Southeast Community Health Systems (SCHS), a Federally Qualified Health Center, opened its newest location in Zachary, Louisiana on July 1, 2012. SCHS is a growing, diverse health system with seven locations. The Zachary location, an 18,000 square foot facility that features six dental operatories, nine medical exam rooms, four behavioral health offices with telemedicine equipment and an in-house pharmacy. The Zachary location also provides Women's, Infants and Children (WIC) services.

The health system is accredited by the Joint Commission.
