Victoria O'Halloran

Victoria O’Halloran serves as a Grant/Policy Graduate Intern of the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI) Support and Alignment Network (SAN). In this role, she assists in developing reports for CMS project officers, identifying strategies to advance best practices in patient/family engagement and community partnerships, creating content for the PCPCC and TCPI website as well as conducting research to support PCPCC’s policy documents and member resources.


Currently, Victoria is earning her MPH in Global Environmental Health at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. Prior to joining PCPCC, she worked as a Case Manager for client Gilead Sciences providing cystic fibrosis patients access to a specialty nebulized medication through advocacy and reimbursement support. Victoria previously interned with the PCPCC in the summer of 2015. Additional past experiences include a Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Preparedness Internship at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and a Disaster Relief Services Internship at Points of Light.


Victoria received her Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a concentration in International Development at Loyola University Maryland.
