Sherry Fischer joined the American Academy of Pediatrics in December of 2010 and manages both the design and implementation of the APEX Practice Initiatives program with a specific focus on creating tools, resources, and guidance materials to aid pediatric practices in achieving practice transformation under the medical home model of care.  She also serves as a liaison with AAP partners and sub-contractors.Sherry earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from St. Xavier University in Chicago Illinois. Sherry offers a combined 17 years physician practice and program management experience.
