Marcia Guida James, MS, MBA, CPC, Director, Provider Engagement, Humana Inc. In this capacity she has a leading role in provider engagement and payment reform activities including pay for performance, medical home and accountable care organizations.Ms. James-is the key operational leader for Humana’s ACO pilot collaboration with the  Brookings Institute  and the Dartmouth Institute for Health Care Policy and Clinical Practice, and serves as Co-Chair on the Implementing Performance Measurement Workgroup.Ms. James is currently Co-Chair of the eHI Accountable Care Council  and leads Meaningful Use efforts within Humana as subject matter expert. She has continued responsibility for development of Humana’s Medical Home programming and is leading Humana’s involvement  with  the CMS Innovation Center Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative pilot..  Marcia has a Master’s in Community Health from Old Dominion University in Virginia, an MBA from Regis University in Colorado and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Policy from Thomas Jefferson School of Population Health in Philadelphia.
