Jeff Hummel, MD, MPH serves as the Medical Director, Informatics at Qualis Health, a national leader in population health management consulting. With a background in emergency room medicine, medical home knowledge and EHR, he helped pioneer the DOQ IT project, CMS’s first effort to use Quality Improvement Organizations to work with primary care providers with EHR installation.
