Daniel has over ten years of Process Engineering, Project Management, and Change Management experience.  He joined Cigna in 2013 as a Lead Process Engineer, focusing on improving customer satisfaction in the healthcare delivery setting.  He now leads Cigna Medical Group’s Clinical Operating Effectiveness team, which identifies and delivers projects that target Cigna Medical Group’s quality, practice transformation, talent development, and growth & revenue strategies. 

Daniel practices a philosophy of engaging customers to drive innovation and decision-making, which has allowed Cigna Medical Group to transform its services, role structure, and culture to exceed its customers’ expectations.  Daniel earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Prosci® Certified Change Manager.
