WASHINGTON (June 4, 2020) – New survey data [1] released today by the Larry A. Green Center [2], in collaboration with the Primary Care Collaborative (PCC) and 3rd Conversation [3], shows that over 70% of primary care patients are comfortable using telehealth options, such as video or phone-based visits, during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, most patients prefer to meet their doctors in person when possible (69%).
