Practice engages in parent advisory group sessions:

  • Ad-hoc basis in the early planning or implementation stage of new processes or initiatives.
  • A meeting is held during which parents are asked their opinions as to whether they consider the change or initiative to be beneficial to their children and whether they have any concerns or suggestions pertaining to implementation.

Pratice worked closely with the Portlandbased Child and Adolescent Health Measurement Initiative to create parent survey:

  • Promoting Healthy Development Survey, which is a parent survey that goes beyond typical patient satisfaction surveys into assessing the quality of care given during well-child examinations
