CPC State of the Initiative: The Convener’s Report

CPCi Overview: The Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) initiative is a multi-payer initiative fostering collaboration between public and private health care payers to strengthen primary care. Medicare will work with commercial and State health insurance plans and offer bonus payments to primary care doctors who better coordinate care for their patients.

Early Results: 

  • Over 60% of CPC practices decreased total cost of care form Quarter 4 to Quarter 6

Accountable Care Collaborative: 2014 Annual Report

The ACC as a whole generated savings that exceeded its administrative costs this year. The ACC achieved gross savings in medical costs between $98 million and $102 million with net savings totaling $29 million to $33 million after administrative expenses.

SoonerCare Choice Program Independent Evaluation

This is the updated version of the November 2013 report. SoonerCare is Oklahoma’s program for Medicaid beneficiaries; SoonerCare Choice is the managed care portion of SoonerCare. The program is administered by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) and operates under the aegis of a federal “Section 1115 waiver” that permits enrollment of certain groups into managed (coordinated) systems of care.
