This webinar brings together thought leaders to examine how and when Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) with a strong foundation of primary care spend less and achieve better results for patients. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about recent complementary research from Harvard Medical School and the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative/Graham Center that leverages data from the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP).
