  • Brief Presentation: Early Lessons from Advancing Care Together (ACT)
    • ACT is a 4 year program spanning Colorado that was designed to test strategies to integrate primary and behavioral problems in community mental health settings.
    • Independent evaluation by Oregon Health & Science University and the University of Texas Health and Sciences Center at Houston.  Mixed-method evaluation to observe implementation and compare reach and effectiveness among ACT innovation sites.
