As you may know, PCPCC's 2014 Annual Fall Conference returns to Washington, DC on Wednesday, November 12 - Friday, November 14 and we hope that you will join for this premier networking event where we will focus on the critical role patient-centered primary care plays in achieving health care delivery system reform.
