We are looking forward to seeing you at PCPCC2016, the primary care policy & patient-centered medical home conference of the year! We've scheduled speakers and panels on some of the most pressing issues in primary care, making sure to emphasize the interaction between attendees and experts.

Reminders:
  • PCPCC2016 is being held at the Grand Hyatt Washington
  • Registration is located in the Constitution Foyer (Constitution Level 3B)
  • Complimentary wi-fi is available in meeting rooms and public areas using password: PCPCC2016 
  • Attendees who reserved their hotel rooms in the PCPCC block will also receive complimentary wi-fi in their room
  • The PCPCC 2016 Annual Fall Conference has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 7 prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
