PCPCC's Special Interest Group on Behavioral Health created two customizable slide decks on the value of behavioral health integration into primary care and the patient-centered medical home (PCMH).  The slides are designed for presentations to several audiences including organizations considering or planning on PCMH transformation and practices searching for ways to improve their integration models.
