PCPCC 2015
Annual Executive Member Meeting

Wednesday, November 11
8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET*

*Join us immediately after the executive member meeting for our Annual Fall Conference (#PCPCC2015). Register now!

Being an executive member (EM) of the PCPCC has its perks, and our annual gathering of executive members is just one of the many benefits! All current EMs are cordially invited to join us at this year's annual Executive Member Meeting where health care leaders from across the country and key representatives from federal health care agencies will discuss strategies and challenges in developing new models of care.

This exclusive meeting provides the perfect forum to update PCPCC executive members on current initiatives, provide a "sneak peek" at what's coming down the pike in advanced primary care, and offer special access to top government officials and policymakers.

This invitation-only meeting and our 2015 Annual Fall Conference that immediately follows it are two events you won't want to miss!

This year, executive members will have the chance to hear from an impressive line-up of speakers, who will discuss the current federal priorities for advanced primary care and the PCMH, including discussions about the recently announced Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative grants.
