TCPI WEBINAR
Assessing the Practice in Partnership with Patients & Families - Opportunities to Improve Patient- and Family-Centered Care

Thursday, March 24th
1:00-2:30 pm ET*

Redesigning your clinical practice can be overwhelming. Where do you start? How do you prioritize your quality improvement efforts? Patients and family caregivers can provide crucial insight that will help you make these decisions. Patients usually know what is working for other patients in the practice and what changes could make a big difference in making the practice more patient- and family-centered. Sometimes the greatest impacts on improving care through the eyes of the patient only requires modest effort by the practice.

*Immediately following the 60-minute webinar, there will be an optional 30-minute Q&A session with the presenters.

Presenters:

Juliette Schlucter, a
Family Caregiver and Director of the Center for Child and Family Experience at NYU Langone Medical Center, has more than two decades of experience working with and leading health care professionals in patient- and family-centered care assessment, programming design and implementation.

She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and has more than 30 years experience in the field.
