Five Reasons to Attend #PCPCC2015

5. Five Engaging Plenary Panels
Focusing on the issues that most impact primary care – payment, workforce, policy and patients – our panels this year will feature national leaders and innovators in health care, as well as patients, to provide their insights and recommendations for strengthening primary care. Learn more about our panels here.

4. Time for (4) Networking
Don’t just listen to what’s being said – join the conversation! This conference provides excellent opportunities to engage in one-on-one conversations with top leadership representing all segments of the health system, including state and federal government, professional associations, health plans, and technology, just to name a few.

3. Three Inspiring Keynote Presentations

We are delighted to feature three inspiring leaders as keynote presenters:
  • Juliette Schlucter will tell her inspiring story of being a parent to children with complex medical conditions. She will share how her family learned to navigate the health system, as well as her secrets to meaningful patient and family engagement.
  • Patrick Conway, MD, Deputy Administrator for Innovation & Quality and CMS Chief Medical Officer will join us Thursday morning to share an inside perspective on key federal programs designed to provide greater support for primary care.
  • Rishi Manchanda, MD, President & Founder of HealthBegins, will speak Friday morning to share expert insights on current innovations in primary care delivery, as well as a glimpse into the future.
2. Not too (2) Late to Register!

1. One Amazing Primary Care Celebration
We invite you to join the primary care party of the year as we celebrate with the nation's top leaders in health care at the Barbara Starfied Awards Dinner. This year we will honor the contributions of Calvin Sia, MD; Christine Sinsky, MD; Melinda Abrams, MS, and their respective organizations for their special contributions and dedication to the promotion of primary care and the medical home.  This special RSVP-only event on Wednesday, Nov. 11th, from 6 - 9 p.m. will include a cocktail reception and a plated dinner. Learn more about the dinner here.
