Over 40 healthcare organizations—including several primary care providers—in Oregon signed a voluntary compact [1] to advance the adoption of value-based payment (VBP) in the state. The groups committed to making a good-faith effort to “participate in and spread” VBPs, including moving from having 35% of all their payments be under advanced VBP models in 2021, to 70% by 2024.
