Claire Neely

Claire Neely, MD, currently serves as the President and CEO for the Institute for Clinical System Improvement (ICSI), an influential healthcare improvement non-profit in Minnesota. ICSI brings healthcare leaders and other stakeholders together to find ways to initiate positive change by focusing on the tough challenges where competitive forces need to be set aside to implement new shared practices to improve health outcomes. A healthcare leader for more than three decades, Dr. Neely is known for her expertise in managing, influencing and driving continuous quality improvement in healthcare, and for her ability to successfully lead organizations during accelerated periods of dramatic change. Dr. Neely practiced pediatrics and adolescent medicine at HealthPartners for more than 27 years.  She earned her medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, is board certified in pediatrics, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
