Elizabeth Arend

Elizabeth Arend serves as a Quality Improvement Advisor for the National Council for Behavioral Health in Washington, DC. Prior to the National Council, she worked in the field of HIV and health systems strengthening for nine years, including posts in Ethiopia, South Africa and Rwanda. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Feminist and Gender Studies from Bryn Mawr College and a master's in public health from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
