Beth Little-Terry

Ms. Little-Terry has nearly 30 years of experience in various aspects of the health care industry, including mental health and substance abuse, Medicaid administration, managed care, health care financial systems, operations and executive management.  She joined Mountain Laurel, a newly funded Community Health Center in as the Chief Operating Officer and became CEO in November 2007.  In her capacity as CEO, Ms. Little-Terry directs all aspects of federal grants management; ensures organizational compliance with all program expectations and reporting requirements; facilitates the achievement of the health center’s mission as set forth by the Board of Directors; oversees Mountain Laurel’s financial, operational and clinical performance and leads the health center’s strategic planning efforts.  Prior to joining Mountain Laurel, Ms. Little-Terry served as the Chief Operating Officer for Sunshine Community Health Center (FQHC) in Talkeetna, Alaska. In addition prior to moving to Alaska, she directed a state of Florida Medicaid managed care program in an 8 county region while with the Agency for Healthcare Administration.
