The Practice Innovation Institute will prepare and enable 2,500 Arizona providers for successful participation in value-based, alternative payment arrangements. Through outreach, education, coaching and direct assistance with processes and workflows, it will move participants through phases or milestones of practice innovation and transformation aimed at achieving and demonstrating the capability to generate better care and better health at a lower cost.
