Sarah Greenough

Sarah Greenough is the former Director of Policy at the Primary Care Collaborative, where she led the organization’s state and federal efforts to advance primary care. Sarah was previously Deputy Director of the Quality Center at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), where she contributed to the development of Quality Center programs, products, and overall strategy. She is an NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert and brings 10 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors working to improve health care quality, strengthen health systems, and address the social determinants of health. Her past employers include the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety, a Massachusetts state agency focused on cross-sector partnerships, and the global healthcare nonprofit Partners In Health. Sarah started her career as a case manager for homeless families and remains committed to fostering healthy and equitable communities. She has a master’s in Public Policy from Brown University and authored two articles on Massachusetts’s patient safety improvement efforts for the journal Anesthesia & Analgesia.
