The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)—via its Program to Enhance the Health and Development of Infants and Children—is offering a series of five educational webinars focusing on the need for better education of primary care clinicians on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs). The educational webinars will focus on identification, diagnosis, referral, and management of FASDs. The webinars will be 30-minutes in length and conducted via GoToWebinar®.

About the Webinar
The communication, care coordination and co-management session will confirm the importance of a medical home and its role in working with patients and families. Drs Matthias and Chasnoff will review the development of comprehensive care plans and present several case studies to demonstrate different approaches to care coordination and co-management.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the key components of a comprehensive care plan for children with FASDs
2. Discuss strategies to communicate with parents/families of children with FASDs
3. Develop a care plan for children and families with FASDs
