The American Academy of Pediatrics is recruiting healthcare professionals to join a 7-month ECHO for pediatricians, pediatric specialists, and others who provide medical care to children with spina bifida to increase knowledge, skills and self-efficacy regarding effective strategies and best practices in promoting successful transitional care services and transitional care programs.

Practices will engage in the ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) model, a telementoring platform that leverages video conference technology to connect experts with primary care teams in local communities, fostering an “all teach, all learn” approach.
