Building on a series of regional leadership summits, this report will describe the extent and impacts of the crisis, analyze drivers of high costs and poor health outcomes that led to the crisis; and sets out a series of options to make care and coverage more affordable
Topics to be addressed will include;
- public health
- health care workforce
- alternative payment models
- hospital competition
- pharmaceutical prices
- insurance market stabilization, and
- value-based insurance designs.
