Webinar Description:
For many, change can be difficult. Whether due to poor communication, a shift in routine, or lack of understanding the benefits of doing something differently, resistance to change can slow or prevent progress. This webinar will help you think through strategies to overcome staff resistance to the cultural transformation and to adopting changes that are necessary for successful implementation of patient- and family-centered care.

  • Identify strategies to deal with resistance to change in all settings - hospital, home care, ambulatory clinics, and long-term care.

Roslyn Marshall, RN, BSN, MHSA, is the Nurse Manager of the Neuroscience Center at the Augusta University Medical Center in Augusta, GA. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the neuroscience service line and has been a leader for patient- and family-centered care at her organization.
