Congressional Briefing: PCPCC's Annual Review of the Patient-Centered Medical Home's Impact on Cost and Quality

At a briefing on Jan. 30th, the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) will release a new report, The Patient-Centered Medical Home's Impact on Cost and Quality: Review of Evidence 2013-2014. This year’s Annual Review of the Evidence summarizes new results from primary care patient-centered medical home (PCMH) initiatives published from September 2013 through November 2014, since the publication of the previous Annual Review. Selected cost and utilization outcomes from a combination of peer-reviewed studies, state program evaluations, and industry publications are aggregated to present an overview of PCMH and primary care innovations happening across the country.

Industry experts will join a reactionary panel on Capitol Hill to discuss the publication as well as the latest PCMH evidence, innovative payment reform models, and perspectives from practicing physicians.

The event is open to the public.  If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Caroline DeLaney, Communications Manager, [email protected].
