Overview

We are in a historic period of healthcare reform that requires increased coordination, integration, and accountability among all healthcare sectors. The 2015 CAPG Healthcare Conference is designed to help you thrive in this new and challenging world.

CAPG's Annual Conference is renowned for featuring leading healthcare experts, policymakers, and executives. This year’s lineup includes opening speaker Leonard D. Schaeffer, founding Chairman and CEO of WellPoint, the largest U.S. health plan by membership. You’ll also gain insights from Dr. Brent James, Chief Quality Officer at Intermountain Healthcare; Alan Weil, Editor in Chief of Health Affairs; and Dr. Daniel Kraft, noted healthcare innovator and technologist.

Complementing the high-level plenary sessions, a wide range of breakout sessions will offer practical, nuts-and-bolts knowledge to complete your intelligence gathering and fully equip you for the next era of healthcare.

This year the PCPCC is partnering with CAPG to co-host an exciting new Preconference Session, Primary Care Innovation and the Patient-Centered Medical Home. This session will include two panels focused on strategies organizations can use to improve population health and strengthen patient and community partnerships. Learn more about the session here.

At CAPG's 2015 Conference, you’ll have four days to rub shoulders with nationally recognized experts, learn about valuable products and services at our Exhibit Fair and Strolling Dinner, and meet new colleagues from across the U.S.

CAPG's social events offer recreation and relaxation to round out the conference experience. Whether your game is golf, bowling, yoga—or tearing up the floor at our Dinner Dance Extravaganza— you can recharge your batteries, meet up with friends old and new, and have a great time.
