Andrea Thompson 
Andrea Thompson is founder and president of Marblestone Consulting Group, a management consulting firm located in Marlton, New Jersey. Marblestone specializes in cultural health literacy, health insurance literacy, cultural competency assessment and training for healthcare organizations, language access plans and organizational effectiveness. 

Andrea has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry, where she gained a reputation as a strategist and human capital specialist for pharmaceutical leader Merck & Company Inc. Her depth and versatility enabled her to serve in multiple leadership roles across the company, where she routinely demonstrated strategic vision and creative problem solving skills. 

Michael Thompson 
Michael Thompson is Director of Business Development for Marblestone Consulting Group, a healthcare consulting firm. Michael specializes in Sales, Marketing and Training, and brings over 20 years of corporate experience from a variety of management consulting and healthcare roles. Michael is an accomplished trainer, facilitator and curriculum designer having covered such topics as, Effective Presentation Skills, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Diversity and Inclusion, Health Literacy, Cultural Competency, and High-Performance Team Building. Known for his engaging and versatile style, Michael successfully facilitated hundreds of sessions for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
