Primary Care Progress believes that one of the best ways to support trainees’ interest in primary care is to expose them to leading innovations such as the PCMH, as well as to the inspiring clinicians on the frontlines of primary care transformation. Join Primary Care Progress on Friday, June 22 at 12pm EST for PCP's latest webinar: What You Need to Know About the Patient-Centered Medical Home.Presenters include PCP’s President, Dr. Andrew Morris-Singer, an internist in a patient-centered medical home in Boston, who will be discussing what the PCMH model is, how it works, and what it is like to practice in this innovative approach to primary health care. Next, Christopher Danford, a medical student in the Primary Care Leadership Track at the Duke University School of Medicine will talk about what it is like to train in a PCMH, and how this training differs from traditional primary care rotations.Participants will have the chance to engage with both of the presenters. To participate in this webinar, please RSVP to Brian Schon at brian.schon@primarycareprogress.org
