About Executive Membership

Join us.
Become a PCC Executive Member!

Dear Colleague:

Thank you for your interest in joining the Primary Care Collaborative (PCC) as an Executive Member.  We invite you to have a seat at our table of diverse stakeholders with a common goal - aligning our collective resources to advance primary care as the foundation of a high-performing health system.

More than 60 PCC Executive Members come together around key innovations, policies and programs to advance the vision of primary care embodied in the Shared Principles of Primary Care – care that is comprehensive, team-based and focused on patients and families.

Member Benefits

Our Executive Member benefits allow your organization to actively engage with us on a wide variety of platforms designed to convene and unite diverse leaders around a mission focused on reforming and strengthening primary care.  Your organization will be able to:

  • Contribute in policy and advocacy workgroups and stakeholder policy discussions with federal and state leaders;
  • Influence the strategic direction of the PCC, provide input to the Primary Care Innovators Network (PCIN), and be considered as potential speakers for PCC webinars, conferences and briefings;
  • Receive recognition as primary care champions and leaders at PCC events and enjoy registration discounts.

Let’s Connect to Learn More

We look forward to learning more about your organization and sharing ways to connect around research, care delivery/payment models and policies.

We invite you to fill out our Executive Member Application

If you wish to schedule a conversation, have questions about the membership process or benefits, please contact Maria Sulima, our Membership Coordinator, at membership@thepcc.org.
