PCPCC Supports SGR
Repeal Bill
Earlier this month, Members of the Senate Finance, House Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce Committees introduced legislation that would repeal the Sustainable Growth Rate and replace it with a reimbursement model that rewards quality, efficiency, and innovation over volume.

Earlier this week, the PCPCC expressed its support for the "SGR Repeal and Medicare Provider Payment Modernization Act of 2014", and commended the agreement's recognition of the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) as an alternative payment model.
